Rattlesnake Creek Explorations

Ready to get your feet wet exploring your local watershed? Join the Watershed Education Network (WEN) in a week-long exploration of Rattlesnake Creek where we will explore and identify macro-invertebrates, learn about stream health conditions, and what makes up a watershed. We will also engage participants in a variety of activities including creative art projects, games, and actual water quality data collection on Rattlesnake Creek.

MIS invites you to join us Story Telling With Big Sky Film with the Big Sky Film Institute! Over the course of five days, BSFI invites students on a visual journey, exploring the history of documentary film, the art and craft of storytelling, and the technical aspects behind the camera. The mission of BSFI is to celebrate and promote the art of nonfiction filmmaking and to encourage media literacy by fostering public understanding and appreciation of documentary film.Register Here

Through art, movement and creative play inspired by yoga, kids will engage in activities while experiencing some Spanish language to become more aware of themselves and the world around them – exploring concepts of peace, respect, gratitude, confidence, and positive healthy living.Register Here
Summer Camp Reminders!
Your student will be immersed in either Spanish or Mandarin with our camps at the Missoula International School. While in camp, students will learn about and experience new cultures and languages.
Sunscreen, Water, Hat, Shoes, Lunch
We will have adventures every day, so make sure your niños (children) bring sunscreen, lunch, a water bottle, a hat, and good walking shoes.
Full Day camps are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Half Day 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
