Mindful Movement For All Kids


August 19 – 23 Full Day/Half Day

August 26 – 27 – Full Day Only

Age Group 5 – 10

Through movement, art, and creative play inspired by yoga, kids will engage in activities to become more aware of themselves and the world around them. We will explore concepts of peace, respect, gratitude, confidence, and positive healthy living. Yoga will be used as a foundation for movement focused activities which will teach kids to connect to their body, mind, and heart. This camp is designed to provide a welcoming environment for any child ages 5-10.
